With training and hands-on experience, Jason has honed his skills, transforming from a novice cook into the heart and soul of the cafe's kitchen. 

But it wasn't just about the food; it was about the connection. Jason became an integral part of the cafe, like a beloved member of the family. 

Meet Colm, the blessing that graces our restaurant's bakery with his unparalleled talent. After more than fifty years, his family's bakery business made the difficult decision to close. Yet, as fate would have it, just two weeks later, he walked into our restaurant's kitchen, bringing his extensive artistic skills to our cafe.

Hailing from County Cork, Ireland, Colm's passion for baking has been a lifelong affair. It seems he was destined to knead dough, mix batters, and create mouthwatering pastries from the very beginning. Baking is not just a profession for Colm; it's a way of life, infusing love into every single bite.

A love for food and the joy it brings to people's lives inspired us to create a special place where flavors, friendship, and  community could intertwine.

Despite having no prior experience in the restaurant industry, we knew passion and enthusiasm would bring our vision to life. That belief brought all the right people to our doorstep to make Delizioso Bakery Kitchen a reality.

But it's not just about running a business; it's about creating a place where people feel at home, where every dish served is a reflection of our love for food and community.
